About Me

My journey with nutrition began during my younger years as a martial art athlete, where I discovered the critical role food plays in performance and well-being. Cooking soon became my creative outlet, allowing me to explore the possibilities of nourishing food.

Professional Background

With a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Rovira i Virgili University in Spain, my academic work has been rooted in both research and practical experience. During my studies I participated in research projects on sustainable and healthy diets and completed internships in diverse fields, including clinical nutrition at Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, investigation, community nutrition, sports nutrition, and collective catering.

My Mission

I’m dedicated to breaking down the myths around dieting, especially those prevalent in Asian cultures, and challenging the stigma surrounding food. My work promotes a balanced approach, focusing on a sustainable lifestyle rather than restrictive diets.

A Sustainable Future

Sustainability is a central value for me, and I advocate for plant-based choices as part of a healthier planet. Given that agriculture is the second-largest emitter of greenhouse gases, I emphasize the farm-to-table approach, helping others understand where their food comes from and its impact on the environment.
